Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what information StatBlitz collects, how we use it, and who we share it with.

What we collect

• Account info: the email address and password you sign up with (handled by our authentication provider, Supabase — we never see or store your raw password), and the username you choose for your overlay URL.
• Profile links you provide: your CheckMate Gaming and/or Console Kings profile URLs, which we use to read your publicly visible stats.
• Overlay preferences: your theme and display settings.
• Billing info: if you subscribe to a paid plan, payment is handled entirely by Stripe — we never see or store your card number.

How we use it

We use this information to run your overlay, authenticate your account, process payments, and send you account-related emails (like confirming your signup or a plan change). We don't sell your data, and we don't use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

We rely on a small number of service providers to run StatBlitz:

• Supabase — hosts our database and handles account authentication.
• Stripe — processes subscription payments.
• Anthropic — powers the optional AI theme description feature (Pro/Ultra plans); only your typed description is sent, never your account data.

Each of these providers has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data on our behalf.

Data retention

We keep your account data for as long as your account is active. If you'd like your account and associated data deleted, email us and we'll take care of it.

Your rights

You can access or update most of your information directly from your dashboard. For anything else — including a full data export or deletion request — contact us and we'll respond promptly.

Cookies

We use only the essential cookies/local storage needed to keep you signed in. We don't use tracking or advertising cookies.

Children's privacy

StatBlitz isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect data from them.

Changes

If we make material changes to this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
