StatBlitz's paid plan ("Pro") is billed monthly and renews automatically until canceled.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the billing portal in your dashboard. When you cancel, you keep Pro access through the end of the period you've already paid for — no partial-month refund is issued, since you retain access for the remainder of that period.
Because Pro features (custom themes, live stat previews, AI theme generation) are usable immediately upon payment, we don't offer refunds for already-completed billing periods.
If you were charged due to a billing error on our end, or a technical issue prevented you from using the service you paid for, email us — we handle these on a case-by-case basis and want to make it right.
Log in, go to your dashboard, and click "Manage billing" next to your plan. That opens Stripe's billing portal, where you can cancel or update your payment method directly.
