Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of StatBlitz ("StatBlitz," "we," "us"), a browser-source overlay tool for OBS and similar streaming software, available at statblitz.gg. By creating an account or using StatBlitz, you agree to these Terms.

What StatBlitz does

StatBlitz reads publicly visible statistics from your CheckMate Gaming (CMG) and Console Kings profile pages — trophies, earnings, win/loss records, and scheduled matches — and displays them in a customizable overlay bar for use as an OBS Browser Source.

StatBlitz is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by CheckMate Gaming or Console Kings. We do not process wagers, hold funds, or operate any gaming service ourselves — we only display data that is already publicly visible on those platforms' own profile pages.

Data accuracy

Stats are read automatically from third-party pages we don't control. Those sites can change their layout, go offline, or rate-limit our requests at any time, which can cause stats to be delayed, incomplete, or temporarily unavailable. StatBlitz is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only — don't rely on it as the authoritative record of your CMG or Console Kings account standing; the platforms' own sites are always the source of truth.

Your account

• You must provide an accurate email address and keep your login credentials secure.
• One account per person. Don't share your login or resell access.
• You're responsible for anything that happens under your account.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans (currently "Pro") renew automatically each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard's billing portal — you'll keep access through the end of the period you already paid for. See our Refund Policy for details on refunds.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use StatBlitz to violate CheckMate Gaming's or Console Kings' own terms of service;
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or scrape StatBlitz itself;
• Reverse engineer or resell the service without our written permission;
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

No warranty

StatBlitz is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including uptime, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes

We may update these Terms as the product evolves. We'll update the date at the top of this page when we do; continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
